All appointment whether initial assessment or follow ups with be provided with a text confirmation.

A text reminder will also be sent on the day before or on the same day that the appointment is due

Appointments can be cancelled without charge if given more than 48 hours’ notice

Appointments cancelled 24 to 48 hours previously with be charged a 50% cancellation fee (£17.50)

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours previously with be charged a 100% cancellation fee (£35)
